We’re a family based operation, currently managing more than 3000 units made up of mixed use schemes, large apartment blocks, amenity land and private sheltered housing. We provide a highly personal service while still being large enough to employ a wide range of in-house skills and experience.

EPM provides professional residential block management and estate management services for resident associations, resident management companies, right to manage companies, landlords, property companies and investors, banks and lending institutions.

EPM was set up to change the way properties were managed. With our focus on visibility, total customer confidence and unrivalled care, we have never needed to advertise. Our new business has all been generated from word of mouth and client testimonials.

Our professional RICS and ARMA approach is borne out of twenty years’ experience in providing proactive first class property management services across the UK.

EPM is a member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents, the Association of Retirement Housing Managers, the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Property Ombudsman Services. We’re fully regulated by the FCA.

We have been involved in many “rescue missions” on behalf of developers who needed quick, effective management takeover and key customer meetings to restore confidence. Clients we have helped include Charles Church, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes.

We have also chosen to be fully authorised and regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) now FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) who regulate the financial services industry in the UK.
